The Vendimia is a festival in my city, Ica. We celebrate the grape harvest with a week full of music and art. One of the most anticipated acts, I believe, is grape stomping, something that was done in the old times to extract the juice from the grapes and then turn it into liquor. After fermentation and other processes we have wine, pisco or cachina.
I like to share some photos of the process, I started with gouache and poscas and then I continued with colored pencils, threads and as you know, *glitter*.
